Ages 25 (21 for married couples) to 55 years. Older people can be considered case-by-case. Single women can adopt.
Both parents must travel. Two trips required. Referrals are received one to four months from the time dossier is accepted in Russia. Trips vary from four days to three weeks depending on the region.
Healthy infant girls six to 24 months old are available.
Married couples in the age range of 30 to 50. Married at least two years. Income of $10,000 per family member per year. No more than four dependent children in the home. Must meet health and weight requirements.
Healthy children over the age of four, and special needs children of all ages are available.
Married couples married for five years in the age range of 30 to 45. Parents over the age of 45 will be accepted for the adoption of older children on a case-by-case approval.
Parents normally travel within four months of accepting a referral. Only one trip of three to five business days is necessary. Only one parent must travel.
Both boys and girls of all ages are available. Siblings and also non-related children can be adopted simultaneously.
Sigle women are now accepted! Married couples married for at least ten years. One parent is at least 35, and with an upper age limit of 55. Orphanage prefers childless couples unless the child in the home has been previously adopted.
